One million thank yous for both such a fast response to my problem report, and for providing this service. The Edit>Preferences>Navigator>History did the trick for me.. Gosh, I had no earthly idea that you could actually control the number of pages to go 'back' or 'forward' with ... I would have NEVER looked there to tweak the setting.... God only knows how that setting got set to 0.

I just wanted to tell you that I really appreciate that you answered my question, and so quickly, too. I sent questions to several different ISPs. You are the ONLY people that answered, and you were very helpful. Unfortunately for the other companies, when someone does something as well as you did, I just have to tell everyone I know about it, online and off. And then I have to add that the other places didn't even answer me. In this wild wide world internet, it's great to find a company that actually cares about customers.

Thank you very much for your quick response and accurate replies. I had forgotten that you need to go into Dial Up Networking and remove the entries created there by Blue Light Software. I removed the entries, reinstalled Bluelight and it works perfectly .... thank you very much,

IT finally works! The download from a store blite disc linked somehow to the download you sent for reinstalling unlimited service-so--uninstalled the store disc which got them both and re-installed our backups of unlimited service.
